"This home has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview and DVD player, and woodburning stove and a communal games room with pool table and table tennis. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a front patio and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets are welcomed, but no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Tour Derbyshire with Fruitpip as your base. Note: Guests also have access to a shared indoor heated swimming pool, an open field with football nets/badminton, boot room and secure storage in the bike shed. Note: This property can also accommodate stag and hen dos, as well as weddings. Note: Towels for the swimming pool not provided, guests are encouraged to bring their own."
