This unique 3-bedroom holiday home for up to 8 guests is situated in a small and idyllic village overlooking the pretty town of Makarska. The property has been finished to a high standard and boasts some unique design features. The property is well-eqquiped for a family holiday and has been thoughtfully finished. On the ground floor of the house there is a large tavern with a fireplace, a kitchen and one of the bedrooms. The rest of the house has a separate entrance and comprises of two fully furnished accommodation units. The terrace at the front of the property is typically Dalmatian and enjoys a great view over the sea. By the terrace next to the house there is a fitness room and a Finnish sauna. There is also a whirlpool where you can relax and unwind as well as a swimming pool with a fantastic view over Markarska. On the other side there you will be able to see the Biokovo mountain range ' a protected nature park, perfect for a memorable day trip. The centre of Makarska with its many amenities and pretty pebble beaches is around 1km away. The house owner is happy to arrange boat trips to the nearby islands of Brac and Hvar, rafting on the river Cetina and airport transfers for an additional charge and upon prior agreement.
