"Kestrel Cottage consists of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room with seating for five guests and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a single, serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture, hose (for dog showers) and dog walking field on the nearby campsite, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 9.3 miles you will find a shop and within 1 mile, a pub. Please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome at an additional cost but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for a woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Kestrel Cottage is a charming base for your next getaway in Cumbria. Please note: This property can only accept check ins on a Monday or a Friday. Please note: This property can only accept Friday check ins between April 1st and September 30th"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
