"Portland is a stunning seafront property on the popular Harbour Road in Beadnell. Beautifully designed and thoughtfully furnished throughout from companies such as Barker & Stonehouse, it makes an ideal holiday home for families or friends wanting to stay together in close proximity to the sea. Beadnell is a charming coastal village on the edge of farmland and the dune fringed stretch of Beadnell Bay. Being the only west-facing harbour on the east coast, it makes it an enchanting place to watch the sunset. ACCOMMODATION GROUND FLOOR Entrance into the open plan lounge/kitchen/ dining room. Kitchen (well equipped) with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Breakfast bar with stools. Dining area with table and chairs for 8 guests and access onto patio area. Lounge area with 2 large comfortable sofas, coffee table, bean bags for the children, large flat screen TV, Netflix, DVD player and a selection of books and games. Utility room with sink, washer, dryer, 2nd fridge/freezer and ice maker. FIRST FLOOR Access via an oak open tread staircase. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
