"Wayside consists of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge and a coffee machine, a utility with microwave, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a living/dining room with seating for three guests, TV and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a single, serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, and roadside parking is available on a first come first served basis. One well behaved dog welcome. Within 1.6 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Wayside is a lovely base for your next getaway in Dorset. Note: The staircase is quite narrow and may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
