"The living areas in this ground-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave and a fridge with ice box, a dining area with seating for two guests and a sitting area with TV and open fire. There is one king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear gravelled area with furniture, and a parking permit for EDDC car park a short walk from the property. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.2 miles, a beach and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels area all included in the price. Apartment 1, Durham House is a lovely base for your next getaway in Devon.
