"The Old Lace Shop consists of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room with seating for seven guests and a sitting room with electric fire and TV. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double with en-suite shower room, a double, twin and a single, serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, pub and beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A stairgate, highchair and travel cot are also available (please bring own linen). The Old Lace Shop is a fantastic base for your next escape to Devon. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am."
