Details of the Villa

The ground floor now boasts a large canopy by the pool as on the first floor and also now has now got a front wall across the front edge of the patio where the fence used to be Our 4 bedroom is set on three levels, the top with a very large roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy breathtaking views of the Taurus mountain range whilst enjoying the sunset. The ground floor has an open plan living/dining area. Dining seats 6 people but there are 2 bar chairs to enjoy a cocktail at the arched kitchen breakfast bar. You will find everything you need to make your stay very comfortable. There is also understairs storage (containing 2 bicycles) and a single toilet/washbasin. Marble stairs then take you to the first floor. The first floor has 3 large bedrooms, containing twin beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. There is a covered balcony perfect for sitting in the shade. The fully tiled bathroom contains bath with overhead shower, toilet, washbasin with below built in vanity storage On the second floor you will find a very large master bedroom, with double bed, triple wardrobe, bedside tables, en-siute comprising shower, toilet and washbasin again with built in vanity storage Local Information Belek centre approx 2 mins away and Kadriye is 4 mins by car, both are excellent (and very cheap) for top quality eating, shopping, dancing or just strolling along and catching the local feel. 12 recent golf courses have been cut into the pine forest (4 professional) which runs all the way along the coastline The beachs have recently been modernised with new restaurants and disco as this area is having millions of pounds invested by the government in order to make it their flagship tourist area Sleeping The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms, 1 double and 3 twin, giving room for up to 8 people. Towels and bed linen are provided for your use. We do not take bookings for 10 unless there are small children sharing a bed as we do not want the living area which has a bed settee to be used as a bedroom
