This lovely apartment is located on the 7th floor of a large apartment complex which features a 24-hour concierge service. The apartment is located on the seafront directly behind the Benalmádena beach. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. From the balcony you can enjoy a beautiful view to the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. You can also enjoy a similar view from the bedroom. The residential complex includes a shared garden area with a pool and a tennis court. The apartment is ideally located so you can spend the daytime on the beach and visit the restaurants, nightclubs, beach bars and pubs at night. From the apartment you can see the port of Benalmádena, which you can visit in the evenings. You will also find many restaurants and shops along the beautiful beach promenade, which extends up to the harbour. The apartment is located within walking distance of the nearest supermarket. The main street of Benalmádena Costa (N-340) is lined with restaurants and shops for tourists, including a pharmacy. You can even purchase international newspapers at some of the stores. A golf course is available just 500 metres away. A bus service that connects the Marbella coastline with Malaga, also stops in Benalmadena. In Málaga you can visit the beautiful old town, the Picasso Museum, the ruins of the fortress "Castillo de Gibralfaro" dating back to the 14th century, the "Alameda Principal" and the modern, large marina, where the large cruise ships are docked during their layover. Along the beach promenade of Málaga you will find several restaurants, beach bars and "chiringuitos". The apartments in the complex have a private parking lot. The garage can be opened with a remote control, which you will receive upon arrival, on payment of a deposit. At the end of your stay you can return the remote control and receive a refund of the security deposit. Please note, that due to the security system only one car can enter the garage at a time. Please do not follow another car in or out of the garage, otherwise the system will block your access thereafter. If the door is open when you arrive, please wait until it is closed again and then open it with your own remote control.
