"The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with TV with Freeview, DVD player and a selection of board games and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a decked veranda with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 3.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2.2 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog welcome. Highchair and travel cot available. Dogs must be kept on a lead on the site and around the fishing lakes. There are three steps leading up to the lodge, please take care. Whisk your loved ones away to Devon with a stay at Three Squirrels - Lodge 14. Note: The path to the lodge is a sloping pathway downwards and there are then 3 steps up to the lodge itself so care will need to be taken on these.
