"This single-storey lodge has two king-size bedrooms with TVs and a bathroom along with an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with gas fire. Appliances include an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, smoothie-maker and food-processor and for entertainment there are three TVs, WiFi, Bose sound system, DVD, Sky TV, CD player and aux cable. Outside, there is off-road parking and wraparound decking with a sunken hot tub, barbecue and furniture. One well-behaved pet is welcome, however this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power bed linen and towels are all included, and you can find a shop and pub in 3.3 miles. Please note, no children under 7. Lodge 27 is a lovely lodge for a break to beautiful Devon."
