"The living areas in this single-storey lodge include a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a living/dining room with seating for four guests, a TV and electric fire. There is one super-king-size zip/link and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a private patio with furniture, and a designated parking space. Within 1.5 miles, there is a shop, an on-site pub within 0.1, and a beach within 0.6. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Guests can book an additional golf package for unlimited golf for the duration of your stay, to be booked in advance. Children under 18 are not allowed at this property. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
