Details of the Villa

The house offers different relaxing areas, the most impressing of them is a chlorine 8m x 4m-sized pool with a depth ranging from 0.7m to 1.72m ideal to cool off in a hot Majorcan day. Next to the pool there is a lawn area where you can sunbathe and enjoy the tranquility of a Majorcan countryside. There is also an outdoor shower at your disposal. A spacious and equipped porch enables organizining dinners with your friends and family. Your little ones can play table football while you reading a book or have a good nap in a hammock. There is a barbecue area to prepare your favourite meals. The plot is fenced and has a total privacy. Entering the house you find an open air-conditioned living room which shares the same space with dining room equipped with a satellite TV, a dining corner, two sofas and two armchairs. The kitchen also shares space with the dining room and offers a vitro ceramic oven, dishwasher and other necessary utensils needed to cook your best dishes. The laundry is independent and has washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house has 2 spacious and cozy bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. A large bathroom has a bath tub. The little ones of the house have at their disposal a cot and a highchair if necessary. The environment is totally quite and pleasant, ideal for walks in the countryside. The house is located just 1.9 km from Binissalem, a very familiar and traditional village. There are few nice restaurants and bars with terrace, ideal for dining accompanied by a bottle of good wine from the own vineyards of the village, with Designation of Origin. In just 25 minutes by car you reach the north of the island with its sandy beaches and coves such as the Port of Alcudia or Can Picafort ideal to go with children. Enjoy your precious holidays!
