"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with a gas range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, additional fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and dining seating for six, and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of three doubles and a twin, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, decking and furniture, as well as roadside parking and additional parking in nearby car park. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved pets are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Laurgeths House is a lovely base for families and groups of friends to enjoy a break in Shropshire. Note: Starter pack for woodburning stove available at an additional cost. Note: There are steps up to the property"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
