"Bwthyn Y Bugail has a terraced cottage housing an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove, plus there is a utility. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and for entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi. The bedrooms include a king-size and a twin, served by shower room. To the outside is an enclosed terrace with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.5 miles or less there is a shop and pub and please note, one pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, starter pack, bed linen and towels included in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Bwthyn Y Bugail is a wonderful retreat to this part of Wales. Note: There are 13 steep steps to the rear patio/lawn level, garden is not suitable for those with limited mobility, young children should be supervised at all times. Note: The cottage is close to the road, traffic noise may be heard. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
