Free Wi-Fi. · 2 bathrooms with showers. · The apartment is a duplex with an intercommunication staircases (no elevator) to access the upper floor where the bedrooms are. · There is no private parking. There is public parking (you need to pay for it) in the same street and in the port (blue area). · Blanes has a large free public parking space located in front of the Library, 20 minutes walking from the apartment. · Barcelona-El Prat Airport 85 km. Girona-Costa Brava Airport 30 km. · The Blanes train station is located 2 km from the center, with intercity buses and taxis. · Blanes bus station with connections to the airports and some towns on the coast. · Blanes is a Family Tourist Destination: beaches, promenade, shops and restaurants, boat trips, sports, playground, botanical gardens... · You can also visit the beautiful beaches and towns of the Costa Brava and the cities of Girona and Barcelona. Check in: · The minimum age to reserve and check-in is 18 years old. · It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. Cleaning: . The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit. Beach towels are not provided. Keys: · Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys. · Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paidon-site to the technician.
