The house must be properly collected, the dishes clean and the rubbish deposited in the containers on the street before check-out, otherwise, a fee of €100 will be charged from the guarantee deposit. Beach towels are not provided. Keys: · Loss of property keys: Price €100 per reservation to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys. · Forgotten keys inside the property or inside the main door lock and need to be opened by a locksmith: the price will depends on the technician's rate and will be paid on-site to the technician.
