"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge/freezer, a living/dining room with dining seating for six, a TV with Netflix and a gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size, a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside, there is roadside parking available with a permit on a first-come, first-served basis and an enclosed patio. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rental price. A highchair and cot are also available on request. A welcome pack will also be provided. Apologies, but smoking and pets are not permitted. For your local conveniences, you'll find a shop and pub within 0.1 miles and a beach within 0.3 miles. Choose 7 St. Hilda Street as your base for your next seaside retreat. Note: Car registration numbers will need to be provided for digital parking permits to be allocated. Note: The banister on the landing and stairs are lower than average, please take care and ensure children are supervised at all times. Note: Bed linen for the travel cot is not provided."
