Details of the Cottage
"This detached cottage has a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a dining table for six, and a sitting room with a TV and DVD player. There are three bedrooms: two doubles and a bunk bed, along with a shower room. To the rear, there is a garden with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 3.3 miles, there is a shop, and within 1.4, a pub. One well-behaved dog is welcome; however, smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available on request. Note: Road noise is to be expected. Check-in from 5pm, check-out by 9am. Willow Cottage welcomes a family of six to explore the delights of West Dorset."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
