"The living areas in this first-floor studio apartment consist of a double bed with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine, dining table for four and a sitting room with TV and Juliette. There is also a shower room. Outside there is a private seating area with table and chairs on walkway and communal lawns as well as a parking permit for one car in the car parking, although parking is not guaranteed as it is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop, pub and beach. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Make memories at 24 Heron Court. Note: There are spiral stairs from the carpark which are narrow and steep but wide straight steps up from the garden area. Note: Additional sleeping for two guests on double sofa bed, please contact us to advise. Note: Due to steep stairs, this property is not suitable for those with mobility issues."
