"Chilton consists of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher and coffee machine, a utility with microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, a dining room with seating for six guests and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV, a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom and ground-floor wet room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, gravelled area and furniture, as well as off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.7 miles you will find a shop, within 0.6 miles, a pub and within 0.7 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are also available.
