There are a further 2 double bedrooms with a family bathroom and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom which are accessed via a staircase to the lower floor. All of the bedrooms have sliding doors leading to outdoor terraces. The infinity pool, that can be heated on request, is easily accessed from all of the rooms in the villa and there is a large pool terrace with sun loungers. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a charcoal barbecue on the terrace off the dining room with a large outdoor dining table and chairs. The property is private, and is situated on a beautiful plot with well-maintained and mature gardens. The property has multichannel television and WiFi. The villa has air conditioning throughout, which also provides heat during the winter, and is located within the Santo António Golf resort that has an18-hole golf course, driving range, putting green, equipment hire and a clubhouse with bar and restaurant along with a spa and exercise studio (payable locally). Table tennis is available in the garage and tennis rackets are also provided in the villa for the tennis courts. The Golf Santo António course at Parque da Floresta is located close to the fishing village of Salema. Further west lies Sagres, one of the most important places in Portuguese and European history, and the Costa Vicentina nature reserve. The course was designed by Pepe Gancedo, one of Spain´s most famous architects, whose philosophy of golf course construction involves minimal alteration to the existing terrain. Car rental is necessary. Within a 45-minute drive there are two water parks along with a theme park (Zoomarine). Zoomarine's main attractions include exhibitions by dolphins, seals and sea lions, an aquarium with sharks, 4D cinema, various rides, attractions and swimming pools. If you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo is only a 30-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children. For the golfers, there are 40 golf courses along the Algarve, of which over 10 can be found within a 45-minute drive of the property. Lagos marina is also not far. From here you can take daily boat trips around the caves or go on dolphin watching trips. It is also possible to go sea kayaking, paddle boarding, deep sea fishing and take part in an array of other water-based activities.
