The furnished terrace nourishes you with a mediterranean breeze, while you enjoy memorable moments with your loved ones. The second terrace on the first floor will offer you the perfect place to relax on the sunloungers. On the ground floor, you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two individual beds. On request, we can provide a babybed and a high chair. The dining room is equipped with a dining table for 4, satellite TV and central heating. The independent kitchen works with gas and counts with all necessary utensils to prepare a perfect family dinner. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You can easily reach privileged places and natural areas, which decorate the southern coast of the island, to have a refreshing walk or do some cycling. Don't miss out on the beautiful sandy beach of Es Trenc, the Natural Park of Mondragó or the Cabrera Archipelago Natural Park. The nearby villages of Santanyí, Ses Salines Cas Concos or s'Horta are also worth a visit. Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use of the property. Note: This rental can not accept groups of young people under 20 years of age, except in cases where they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of each person's ID to accept the reservation. No pets allowed. Contact the advertiser for possible additional charges. The celebration of parties and events is not permitted.
