This unique detached villa has been recently furnished to a good standard throughout. Villa Medusa is a 3 bedroom villa with a huge self contained 2 bedroom apartment that looks out onto the pool terrace. The main villa is all on one level. The comfortable lounge has a 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofas. The 32 inch Plasma TV has a DVD player and satelite TV including BBC1/BBC2/ITV/Channel 4 and channel 5 plus 2 movie channels. Wi fi is available for a supplement. The lounge has two sets of patio doors that lead to the upper sun terrace. The lounge leads into the dining area, with a table and 6 chairs. The lounge and diner both have ceiling fans. From the diner you enter into the fully fitted kitchen including an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board. There is also an outside washing area with washing machine. Off the kitchen is yet another set of patio doors thats leads to the delightful upper sun terrace. The main villas has 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has twin beds and an en suite which has a separate bath and shower. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, bedroom 3 a twin bed and both have doors that lead to a small balcony. All bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a family bathroom has a huge walk in fully tiled shower and WC There is a safe fitted in bedroom 3. From the upper sun terrace you can go down the tiled staircase onto the pool level where there is a separate entrance into the huge 2 bedroom apartment. Here you will find 2 large bedrooms with twin beds and patio doors leading to the pool terrace and outside courtyard area. Both have fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. The large lounge/diner has 2 x 3 seater sofas and TV with the same TV facilities as the main villa. The dining area has table and chairs for 6. These areas both have sets of patio doors that lead to the pool terrace and outside courtyard area. The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board. Patio doors from the kitchen lead to the pool terrace. The exterior of this unusual villa is on two levels. The upper level has a sun terrace with sun loungers, table and chairs, BBQ and splended views of the sea and mountains. The lower level has a sun terrace and of course the lovely private electrically heated pool. The pool is 7m x 3m x 1.5m deep and surrounded by sun beds. There is also an outside cosy courtyard with table and chairs. All the terraces have outside lighting. Please note, there is a separate price for booking just the villa, and a higher one if the apartment is required. If you book the villa only, under no circumstances will be apartment be used by anybody else. The apartment will be locked up and not used. Please note, Wi-Fi is available for £20 per week. Please select this option when booking if required. The swimming pool measures 7.00 metre x 3.00 metres, and is electrically heated. It has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. There are steps into the pool, and it is a constant 1.5 metre deep. It has been fully tiled and has underwater lighting that compliments the exterior lighting of the property. This villa is a 5 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc. The resort is just a 10 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The resort does have some late night bars with plenty of entertainment, and is also well known for some fine restuarants. There are a hand full of local hotels nearby. Taxis are easily available for those wishing to venture out. The beach itself is half sand half pebble with many rocks and a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkelling etc. The upmarket Abama and Adeje golf course complexes are only a ten minute drive away. The excellent beaches of Del Duque are only 10 minutes away. Within a 10 minute walk of the villa is the brand new 4 star sports complex that provide tennis, paddle, squash, volleyball, basketball, large swimming pool plus has a gym, health and fitness club.
