Set in a quiet residential area, this 5 bed villa to rent in Callao Salvaje, Tenerife has been refurbished to a very high standard and is presented in immaculate condition. This lovely Tenerife villa is in the prestigious area of Callao Salvaje - a small resort on the west coast of the island, a ten minute drive from lively Playa de las Americas. The property offers the best sea views in Callao Salvaje from the kitchen, dining and living areas. The comfortable lounge has 2 three seater comfortable sofas , 40 inch widescreen TV with BBC1/BBC2/ITV/channel 4 & 5 plus other sky channels. There is also a DVD player. The lounge and dining area have patio doors leading to a balcony that provides stunning sea views. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people. The large double bedroom has a double bed, large fitted wardrobes, a TV and patio doors leading to the balcony with more stunning views. The large bathroom consists of corner bath with a shower attachment, a wc, and sink. The stunning marble top kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board and the bonus of a breakfast table with chairs for 4 people. On the lower lever there is another lounge in the villa with Sky TV, and 2 two seater sofas. On this level you will also find the remainder of the bedrooms, and another bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 4 have double beds and fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms 3 and 5 have single beds and free standing wardrobes. Z beds are available for extra guests. There are also another two bathrooms on this level with bath and shower attachments, wc and vanity sinks. The villa also has a safe, and free wifi. The large 10 x 4 metre private heated pool (heated from end October to April) is surrounded by a beautiful terrace with a with several sets of patio furniture. There are 10 sun loungers, an outside shower, and an outstanding roofed bar area with fridge and BBQ. There is a large shaded area with quality patio furniture and sun loungers and an outside utility area with washing machine and other laundry facilities. The outside area is totally private and not at all overlooked. The resort: Callao Salvaje is a ten minute drive to the north of Playa de las Americas on the west coast of Tenerife. Once a quiet fishing village, the resort has blossomed in recent years and is becoming a very popular low key resort. Dotted around the resort are several bars and quality restaurants and the resort centre has even more - catering for a variety of taste. The villa is a 6 / 7 minute walk to the resort centre with hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, a pharmacy, doctors and supermarkets etc. There is a small friendly french bakers nearby that we highly recommend for all your fresh bread and cakes. On the sea front there is the new, lovely sandy beach. The bright lights and beach activity of Playa de las Americas are just a 10 min drive away as are the stunning sandy beaches at Fañabe. Callao Salvaje is ideally situated to explore the island, as the motorway network which links the island is close by - whether you want to head north to the Tiede National park, or head to the busy resorts of the south. For golf lovers, the nearest course is at Costa Adeje, at just a 5 minute drive away. Property Management The property manager lives about 100 metres away and will meet you on arrival.
