This beautiful detached villa 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa is located in Callao Salvaje. The villas has a private heated pool, air conditioning, free WIFI and pool table and has been recently furnished to a high standard throughout. This villa is all on one level. You enter the villa via its own gardens from a couple of steps from the road level. Off the hallway are all the bedrooms, kitchen, Lounge and diner plus laundry room. The independent air conditioned marble top kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, sandwich maker, table and chairs for 4 guests, plus a door leading to the pool terrace. Off the kitchen is a laundry room with Washing machine, iron and board. The comfortable air conditioned lounge has 2 leather sofas to seat 8 people and has satellite TV which includes BBC1/BBC2/ITV/channel 4 & 5 plus two movie channels. There is also a DVD player. The Dining area is air conditioned and has a table and chairs for 6 people. Both the lounge and dining area have patio doors leading to the pool terrace. All 4 bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans, large fitted wardrobes plus chest of drawers. Bedroom 1 has a 4 poster king size bed, doors to the sun terrace plus an en suite with bath and shower cubicle. Bedroom 2 has king size bed. Bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 have twin beds. There are two other fully tiled separate shower rooms with shower cubicles. The large private fenced heated shaped pool has Roman steps and measures approximately 7 x 6 metres and is 1.20 to 1.30 metres deep. The pool is surrounded by a delightful terrace which has patio furniture, 8 sun loungers, a large purpose built BBQ, an outside shower, pool table and a shaded area as well. This unique villa sleeps up to 8 people. This villa is maintained on a regular basis to a high standard and the property manager is very hands on if any problems arise. Location This apartment is located on the south west coast of Tenerife in a peaceful resort called Callao Salvaje. Callao Salvaje is situated directly in front of the island of La Gomera and offers magnificent views especially at sunrise/sunset. The resort also has a new beautiful man made beach which was completed in 2012, and its own little jetty which is very good for fishing, snorkelling etc. The apartment is in the centre of Callao Salvaje in a good position where you will find hotels, restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, banks, taxi rank, bus stops, pharmacy, doctors, cafes, bakery, butchers, tennis courts and football pitches etc. This resort does have some fantastic restaurants which are well known over the island, it also has late night bars with entertainment. Callao Salvaje is only a 10 minute drive or 15 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are only a short drive away.
