The ground-floor bedrooms consist of a double with TV and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside there is a shared front garden with lawn, a private balcony with patio and furniture, an external room for storage, as well as off-road parking. Within 0.1 miles you will find both an on-site shop and a pub, and please note that three well-behaved dogs are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. PatchÔÇÖs Place is charming base where families or groups of friends can enjoy all that Cornwall has to offer.
