There is a double bedroom serviced by a shower room. To the outside is designated off-road parking for one car and a lawn, patio and furniture. This property will accept three pets but sorry is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Within 3.5 miles or less there is a shop and pub. Inny Brook Cottage is a delightful retreat to Cornwall. Note: A dog barrier is available for guests to separate off living areas. Note: There is a dog washing station in the property's garden. Note: Cycle hire is available for delivery. Note Cornish Food, Drink and BBQ hampers are available to order for delivery from the owners direct. "
