The apartment, on the ground floor and large terraces, has three bedrooms and capacity for 7 people. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and DVD player. There are two bathrooms. On the terrace there are two tables, one for breakfast and refreshments and a large ground floor, a porch near the kitchen and outdoor barbecue. The apartment is very bright, all rooms have large windows that face the outside, as well as the kitchen and living room. The apartment has air conditioning (hot and cold) and there is always space to park the car in front of the house. It is near the house the beautiful and extensive beach (less than 5 minutes walk), near restaurants and shopping centers and at the same time it is in a very quiet area. Near the apartment there is a bus stop with connections to Alcúdia and Inca. If you travel with children, the first playground is less than 100 meters away. The check-in and check-out is flexible, provided there are no other reservations, in that case, the check-in must be at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00 An additional cleaning and laundry cost will be applied to all stays of less than 7 nights. \- PROHIBITED TO PERFORM HOLIDAYS AND EVENTS IN THE PROPERTY. -NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER 30 YEARS ARE ALLOWED. -TURISTIC AMOUNT NOT INCLUDED. \- BOTTOM RESERVATIONS AT 7 NIGHTS FINAL CLEANING IS PAID AT OFF.
