This house has been totally renovated in March 2017 and the fully equipped kitchen. 'Laia' is only 50 meters from the sea. Distribution The house has two floors, two large terraces, ping-pong table and a place to store bicycles, perfect for cyclists. On the first floor, you can find a large area with a dining room for six people and a living room with two sofas and a plasma TV with satellite, DVD movies, near this area there is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture, ideal to relax a moment. The house has WiFi Internet connection. Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2.
