Set in the very heart of Calangute, located in a charming corner of Goa,this luxury furnished villa offers exclusive living accommodation it offers peace and tranquillityaway from all the hustle and bustle but a 10 minute walk will reach you to the heart of Candolim’s busy promenade. Phase 7 is a comfortably furnished villa ideal for 6 people. Candolim Beach is a 2 minute walk away and offers a wide variety of restaurants and water sports,The property comes fully furnished and is ready for immediate occupation, ideal for a family, group of friends or someone who wants to spoil themselves with ample space. We can cater up to 6 people, with 1 double bed, 4 single beds. Three Bedrooms- All bedrooms within the property are serviced by an air conditioning and have a balcony or extra-large veranda. unit and the temperature can be individually controlled in each room,the Green Bedroom does not have a wardrobe because of the room size. All windows to the villa have mesh insect blinds. Each contain hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. The blue master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, The pink bedroom and the green bedroom each have an adjacent bathroom. In addition there is an extra toilet on the ground floor. Kitchen- offers everything that a self-catered villa would need with clean worktops and fitted cupboards. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave,2 ring gas stove with oven, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Living Room-An open-plan dining and living room provide a comfortable space for friends and family to sit back and enjoy each other's company. The living room has a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Television with Tata Sky are also provided. Dining room-The villa has a separate dining area with comfortable seating for 6 people. Garden- The whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens which spans from the front to the back of the property. The charming garden is very pretty and well-tended. The large lawn area provides lots of space to run around or just sit back and relax. Parking- is gated and provided within the grounds of the villa. Utility Room- An iron and ironing board along with a washing machine can be found here. Other Facilities Provided: - Hair dryer - Clothes Rack to dry your clothes - Inverter House Keeping is done daily from 2pm-5pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. A gardener maintains the garden area. Stays longer than 3 days will receive a welcome pack consisting of eggs, bread, butter, soft drinks, milk, coffee, sugar, tea and maps of Goa just to make the transition a bit easier and welcome you to our holiday home. Once you have confirmed your booking, we will send you a link in which you can purchase extra shopping items which will be ready for you on your arrival. We do not charge for this extra service, you only pay for the items purchased. Optional Third Party Services: - Please confirm at the time of booking: . 1. Weber BBQ for rent with coal + Petroleum Jelly - INR 2000 for 1 time use 2. Car Rental - Airport Pickup/Daily Rental can be organized by us with a third party after your booking is confirmed. You will have to pay the rental company directly and not us. If you would be interested in these extra facilities, please mention it to us at the time of booking as they will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security.
