Details of the House

This great house is located in the heart of the Cala Rajada promenade, right in front of the sea. The front terrace will allow you to admire the beautiful views over the sea and the coast as well as entertain yourself with the coming and going of visitors. On the other hand, the backyard will give you more privacy when it comes to tanning on the loungers, enjoying your meals outdoors or even cooking a delicious barbecue. The two-story house stands out for its luminosity and tasteful decoration. On the ground floor we find the dining room where the traditional wooden beams have been preserved, it is equipped with TV-sat and from where we can continue to contemplate the waves of the sea. The large independent kitchen has a ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with a bathtub complete this floor. On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms, all 3 with air conditioning / heating pump. Two of them have access to the upper terrace, one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, and the other with twin beds. The last bedroom has a single bed and access to a small rear balcony. There is another bathroom -with a bathtub- on this floor. The equipment is completed by a cot and a high chair in case you travel with your baby. The house is located in a well-known area of ??good restaurants in Cala Rajada with a great atmosphere during the summer months. In addition to restaurants, the house is not far from other basic services such as shops and supermarkets. The closest beach is the small rocky cove of Na Ferradura, but after a short walk you can reach the fantastic beach of Cala Agulla. If one day you feel like it, you can go to the Capdepera golf course, which is only 6.6 km from the property. The stove is decorative. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
