"The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen featuring an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with a Smart TV and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with an en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed back garden with patio, decking, furniture and a hot tub, an enclosed front decked area with furniture and off-road parking. Within 0.9 miles, you will find a shop and a pub. Please note that this is a pet-free and a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A relaxing break amidst the countryside awaits at Fern Lodge. Note: Property only accepts week long bookings between 1st March - 31st October. Note: Check-in at 4pm, check-out at 10am."
