Being fully aware of the present situation additional safety & sanitation measures have been implemented in effect at this property. Villa Antiqua Villa Antiqua is a stunning contemporary holiday villa affording a prime location near São Rafael, only a 10-minute walk away from the best golden sandy beaches. The villa is equipped with air-conditioning and large common areas both inside and outside. This modern property sleeps 6+2, with 3 bedrooms all located on the first floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with two double beds (2nd bed charged as an extra per person) two of which have an en-suite bathroom. There is also an additional bathroom on the first floor and access to several balconies. On the ground floor you’ll find a fully equipped modern kitchen with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine, and 1 W.C. The living / dining room is bright and comfortable, with a view to the pool outside. Sliding doors lead you to the outdoor area with table and chairs on the patio near the lounge and on the raised patio, both overlooking the pool. A built-in barbeque is available and sun loungers are provided for soaking up the sun between fresh dips in the pool. Villa Antiqua is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, just a 10-minute walk from São Rafael beach. Other beautiful beaches like Gale, São Lourenço and Salgados, just to name a few, are located within a short distance. A variety of restaurants, bars and a supermarket are located within a 10-minute walk. For a great family day out, there is also a choice of water parks, karting track and a zoo with mini golf. The nearest golf course is in Salgados, close to the nature reserve with pedestrian walkways and a lagoon. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. \*\*If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.\*\* Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 23:45 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). • Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Breakage Deposit Groups: €300 per person (payable by credit card only). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% on rental and breakage deposit amounts. Prices up to 6 people. • The 7th and 8th person pays an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (Double-Bed) (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection. We kindly ask you to phone us about your arrival time once you are at your destination. VAT included in the accommodation price. Pets not allowed. \*\*\*Please note that in the case of all cancellations there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €250 to cover all administration costs incurred, even for bookings made under the Free cancellation policy.
