The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. The beautiful communal gardens will lead you to a shared chlorine pool of 20 x 10 m and with a depth of between 1 and 3 m, perfect for cooling off. Once on the property, a large terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains will be perfect for relaxing in the sun, cooking on the barbecue or enjoying a drink or a bite to eat with your companions. Being in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors. The interior of the apartment is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The bright living-dining room, equipped with Smart TV and with access to the terrace, is perfect to extend the evenings. The kitchen is independent and has induction and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. When it is time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms. The first one has a double bed, access to the terrace and en suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each and one of them also has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Another bathroom with shower serves the house. Through home automation you can program the AC, which is centralized throughout the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide a crib and a highchair. The accommodation is located in an urbanization with its own restaurant and very close to an area full of services for your stay, as well as leisure options. The nearest town is San Luis de Sabinillas although, if you feel like it, you can visit Casares, a village in Malaga characterized by its typical Andalusian look, with its narrow streets and white facades decorated with flower pots. Thus, it is an idyllic place to stroll through the streets while visiting the monuments of the city or stop at a local to taste delicious tapas or the typical Malaga sweet wine. The famous marina of Puerto Banus is within walking distance. Near the apartment you will find several golf courses, the nearest being Casares Costa Golf, just 300 meters away. A little more than 1 km away is Playa Chica, perfect for diving or other water sports. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
