Casa Nostra is a modern detached villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large private electrically pool and stunning sea views. Upon entering the villa is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The villa has a modern feel and been furnished to a high standard with comfort and style being blended together perfectly. The kitchen has all the modern appliances you would imagine a property of this standard would host, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and an array of cooking equipment even the most enthusiastic of cooks would want. The lounge comes with a wide screen LED Smart TV, FREE WiFi connection and plenty of multi-language channels to choose from. There is also a DVD player (DVD's not supplied). The lounge benefits from air conditioning. Moving through to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom and air conditioning (all A/C units are coin operated). The second bedroom also has a king size bed and the third bedroom is a twin room. Outside is where most people spend their time and Casa Nostra has a large terrace and larger than average pool at 10m x 4m in size. There is a BBQ and rattan furniture to enjoy those warm Lanzarote evenings and what can only be described as a stunning sea view looking over the fabulous Marina Rubicon which is only a 10/15 minute walk from the villa. The Marina has an abundance of restaurants and bars to choose from and hosts a local market every Wednesday and Saturday - well worth a visit! Towels and linen are all provided, and changed every full week of your holiday. AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list. CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative. WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef.
