"The living areas include a kitchen/diner housing an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a dining table and there is a sitting room with gas stove and sitting room upstairs. There is a king-size bedroom and bathroom. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars and a garden patio with furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Within 1.3 miles there is a shop and pub and please note, two well-behaved pets are welcome at a supplement, however there is no smoking. Escape to Shippon Cottage for a splendid base in the Peak District. Note: The owner has horses on-site which are stabled and grazed. Note: the property does not accepts dogs under 1 year old"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
