"The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four, and a sitting area with woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and a twin, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor wet room. Outside, there is a rear garden with patio, lawn, and furniture, as well as off-road parking available for two cars. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair, stairgate and travel cot available. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.. Note: The garden is bordered by a stream, please ensure children and pets are supervised at all times. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
