"The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor open-plan living area with a kitchen with double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating for six, and a sitting area with Smart TV with DVD player, Smart speaker/CD player and woodburning stove. The ground-floor bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite shower room, a king-size, and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom and a first-floor cloakroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture and hot tub, balcony with furniture and barbecue, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 3.6 miles, you will find a shop and 0.2 miles a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Stairgates available. Highchair available. Cot available on request (-ú10 charge applies per cot, guests need to bring along own cot bedding, bottom sheet provided). Pets are not permitted.
