"The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor open-plan living area with a kitchen with double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for six, and sitting area with Smart TV, Blu-Ray player, and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a king-size and a twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with garden with lawn, patio, furniture, balcony with furniture and barbecue. Within 3.6 miles, you will find a shop and within 0.2 miles a pub and please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well behaved dogs welcome, pet charge -ú50 per pet. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Stairgates available on request. Highchair available. Cot available on request (-ú10 charge applies per cot, guests need to bring along own cot bedding, bottom sheet provided).
