"The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge with ice-box and dishwasher and sitting area with woodburning stove, TV and pull out dining table. There is a king-size bedroom serviced by a shower room. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and a private garden with shared access to six acres of land. Within 1.8 miles there is a shop and pub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, wood for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Derbyshire and the Peak District at The Wash Tower. Note: There is a spiral, open-tread staircase in this property, please take care. Note: Due to the nature of the staircase, pets and children are not allowed. Note: Large suitcases will struggle up the narrow, spiral staircase. Note: The shower room is separated from the bedroom by a steel divider. Note: The woodburning stove is the main source of heating in the property and all wood is provided."
