The exteriors of the accommodation are rural and are not maintained as if it were a private garden, there is also a swimming pool under construction and without perimeter, so you must watch over the smallest of the house. Its location will allow you to be in the urban center of Coín in a few minutes, you can also reach Tolox in half an hour, which is located within the Sierra de las Nieves National Park. The exteriors of the accommodation (we inform you that at the moment the property does not have a swimming pool) are distributed in two areas. The first, as soon as you enter the accommodation, is used to leave two vehicles parked, the second, taking advantage of the shade of the entrance porch of the house, consists of a small children's area, outdoor furniture and a barbecue area so that you can enjoy lunch with this type of preparation. The accommodation has two floors (it is not a house adapted for people with reduced mobility). The ground floor of the accommodation has a living room at its entrance, which leads to an outdoor patio prepared for sunbathing or having lunch when the natural shade of the accommodation is shaded. You will enjoy this area, especially at night because you can enjoy fresh dinners and family talks. It also has a kitchen with a small dining table, this kitchen has what you need to prepare your lunches. A bedroom with a double bed and space to store your luggage neatly.
