"The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor studio-style layout with king-size bed, kitchenette equipped with combi oven/microwave, 2-ring induction hob, fridge with ice box, freezer and a washing machine, a dining area with seating for two guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. There is also a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front gravelled area, communal picnic area, shared glass dining house and a dog field, as well as off-road parking. Within 1 mile you will find both a shop and a pub and within 0.1 miles a pond and please note that dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Return to The Hay Loft in Devon year after a year, for a memorable holiday with loved ones. Note: There is an additional charge of -ú30 per dog, per stay."
