"The living areas in this reverse-level property consist of a first-floor mezzanine-style open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV, Juliet balcony and electric flame-effect stove. There are two ground-floor bedrooms consisting of a double and a twin, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is a private space and private parking is available. Within 2.2 miles you will find a shop and within 1.2 miles, a pub and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Old Granary is a charming base for a family escape to Dorset. Note: The property overlooks the owners' garden. Note: The property is not suitable for young children or those with limited mobility due to the first-floor being open-plan living area and steps down the path leading to the front door."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
