You can lounge next to the pool, in the company of family or friends and enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean climate. Alternatively, you can relax alone with a good book and a refreshing drink. From the ground floor, an internal staircase leads to the first floor of the house, where there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The loft, with a minimum ceiling height of 100 cm, has another bedroom and a bathroom. There is a fitness room in the basement along with a sauna and a playroom for children. This will enable you to remain active and fit, should the weather turn unpleasant. A double garage is available next to the house. In summer, numerous events are conducted in Crikvenica. The restaurants offer a variety of local specialties. From Crikvenica, you can travel by car to the towns of Rijeka and Opatija as well as the neighbouring island of Krk, with beautiful natural surroundings, beaches and many other attractions.
