"The living areas in this lodge consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, a dining area and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is a covered decking with hot tub and communal access to the fire pits, barbecue area and children's play ground. There is off-road parking for 2 cars behind the cabin, with additional parking available in the fishery car park Within 3.9 miles there is a supermarket, in 0.6 miles, a shop and 0.5 miles a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Devon at Sunset View at Mill Hayes Lakes. Note: There are lakes on this site and children and pets must be supervised at all times. Note: An Electric Vehicle charger is available in the fishery car park at no additional cost. Note: Fishing available on-site and included in your stay- wet equipment is supplied for biosecurity (nets, mats and slings). Note: Exclusivity of the site, is only potentially until May/June 2024, when a second cabin will be added to the site."
