"Forest is a single-storey pod which has a studio-style layout with a double bed, kitchenette with two-ring halogen hob, microwave and fridge with ice box, a dining area, a sitting area with TV and sofa bed, and a shower room. Outside there is a private gravelled area with picnic bench and fire pit, a shared lawn, and ample off-road parking for one to two cars. This is a pet-free and smoke-free pod. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a highchair and travel cot. You'll find a shop in 1.4 miles and a pub in 0.6 miles. Escape to rural Cumbria at Forest. Note: There is 1 step up into the property. Note: No pets as the pod rests on a working farm. Note: Honesty shop on site. Note: No WiFi available, but good 4G signal."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
