Alyssa Townhouse is a luxury home set in the retreat at Champions Gate Resort, Located only 12 miles from Disney. This property gives you the luxury of a private home with all the home comforts you could need with the bonus of having access to the communal facilities of the wider resort. You will have access to Communal Pools equipped with a lazy river, a children's playground area & splash pad, a fitness centre, a cinema, Two premier 18-hole golf courses and a sundry shop. Although some of these facilities are included in the rental place a few may be subject to a supplement. This impressive townhouse is split over two levels. When entering the property, you will be led through to an open plan kitchen packed with state-of-the-art appliances equipped with a useful breakfast bar giving you the option of informal dining. The stylish lounge area offers you a place to relax and unwind after those long days exploring all that Florida has to offer. There is a 58-inch flat screen TV and a dining area for you to enjoy also. There is direct access to the pool area from this room where you will be faced with your very own plunge pool which is accompanied by outdoor seating and sun loungers for you to enjoy those hot days relaxing by the pool. For those who wish to escape the sun but still enjoy the outdoors there is also a generously sized shaded lanai to keep you hidden from the sun's rays. You will also find two of the five luxurious bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a king size bed and the other with two double beds, these rooms have access to a shared bathroom.
