"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating for four people, a sitting room with TV and fireplace and a day room with day bed, trundle and balcony. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite wet room and a twin with en-suite shower room. Outside, there is parking. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and pub, and within 0.2 miles, a beach, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: There are two steps down into the kitchen, please take care. Note: There are three steps up to the sitting room. Note: The trundle bed is only suitable for a child. Note: The day room has a balcony, please ensure children are supervised at all times. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
