"Howgill House is a three-storey holiday home that offers an open-plan living area including a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and wine chiller, there's also a dining area and a sitting area with a Smart TV and woodburning stove. The three bedrooms include a double, as well as a further double and a twin on the second-floor, both with en-suite shower rooms, there is also a family bathroom and a ground-floor cloakroom. To the outside, find off-road parking for two cars and electric car charger, as well as an unenclosed side gravelled area with furniture. Sorry, there are no pets or smoking allowed. The nearest shop is 0.3 miles away, while you will find a pub 0.1 miles away. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Rental Rates

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
